  • making a research plan and conducting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative research?
  • performing market and ethnographic research?

  • working closely with marketing, operations, product & technology to identify and evaluate research topics?
  • planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies?
  • advocating research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations?
  • staying on top of the latest research methodologies and implementing those that have an advantage for our organization?
  • advocating a customer-centric and data-driven approach to design, product, technology, marketing & operation teams?

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Masters degree
  • You have several years of professional experience.
  • Very good knowledge Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are an pro-active and action-oriented Team player
