Job Title: Windows Systems Engineer

Location: Gosselies, Belgium (presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days a week is mandatory)

Duration: 12 months+ extensions

Job Description

You are part of the Infrastructure team, which is located within the I&O department.
You are a technical contact for Windows and virtualized infrastructure aspects.

Main tasks

Install and configure Windows systems
Install and configure storage systems (SAN/NAS, SAN switch, etc.)
Installation and configuration of backup systems (Veeam)
Monitoring and tuning of systems
Creation and follow-up of operational and technical documentation of systems
Production of KPIs: Performance, availability and quality
Rationalization and pooling of systems in order to guarantee good cost control
Participation in on-call and interventions outside working hours
Creation of performance monitoring dashboards
Management of incidents related to Windows and virtual platforms
Solution design based on Windows infrastructures
Improvements to existing infrastructures
Management and support of virtual infrastructures (VmWare + HyperV)
Follow-up of security alerts
Ensure that the infrastructure is "compliant" with our internal standards and processes, as well as those ISO27001.
