Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR or Workforce Structures and APMS;
  • Understanding of organizational structures, post hierarchies, and workforce planning principles;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling, with attention to accuracy and version control.
Duties/role:
  • Supporting the end-to-end processing of Change Requests, ensuring accurate updates to position data in HCM Cloud / APMS;
  • Coordinating with HR and Organizational Elements to validate position attributes, grades, and funding details;
  • Tracking request status and maintaining audit trails for compliance and reporting.
