5548 - E-commerce Coordinator

Function


As E-commerce Coordinator you are responsible for the continuous improvement of our e-commerce platforms. You take on the A to Z coordination of new features and functionalities from backlog management, to requirement definition, development and rollout in the market. You contribute to a test culture by evaluating changes and defining new areas of improvement in order to maximally optimize customer experience and ROI.


Next to that, you are responsible for managing and delivering e-commerce projects on a regional and/or global level. These projects can be product focused, customer focused or fulfillment focused.



Your key responsibilities:


  • Backlog management and prioritization;
  • Defining and aligning the requirements with different stakeholders;
  • Organizing and validating the design briefing meetings with the UX team;
  • Coordinating and bridging between the stakeholders and e-commerce development squad;
  • Planning and coordinating the roll out and communication to ensure a smooth introduction of new features and improvements;
  • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the newly introduced features;
  • Managing and prioritizing the backlog
  • Managing and driving cross departemental e-commerce projects in order to improve our platforms and services
  • Developing agile processes to ensure a streamlined exploitation of the platforms;

Who are we looking for?

  • + 5 years of experience in a relevant field;
  • Master Degree or equivalent by experience;
  • Proven ability to think on a conceptual level;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing processes;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal and a good knowledge of Dutch;
  • A “customer first” mindset and a “getting things done” attitude;
  • Natural born talent to make complex things easy to understand;
