Pricing Manager

As a Pricing Manager you play an active role in the Pricing Leadership team in function of the further evolution of pricing management within TVH.

Your job responsibilities include among other things:

Developing and optimizing the regional pricing team, coaching and motivating your team members;
Implementing a local pricing strategy in order to achieve the objectives of TVH Parts;
Setting up market price analyzes and link these analyzes to the local pricing strategy;
Taking responsibility for monitoring the gross margin and setting up action plans to optimize the margin;
Elaboration of various pricing related analyzes and the reporting thereof to senior and executive management;
Maintaining close cooperation with other departments ( Materials, Sales, Marketing, .....) in an advisory role with regard to prices and discounts as well as to follow up the evolutions in cost prices;
Taking responsibility for ad hoc projects within the department and following up on pricing and discount structure for a specific region;
Maintaining close contact and collaboration within the pricing department in order to further develop market intelligence and pricing tools and analytics;
Building a strong partnership with regional Sales Management.

Master’s degree business economics or equivalent by experience
Min 7 years of relevant experience within for example pricing, finance,..
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent planning skills and ability to assess priorities correctly
Ability to manage, motivate and coach employees (project members) from a (non)-hierarchical position, in order to achieve the project goals
Strong communicative skills (both oral and written) and ability to adapt his/her style depending on the situation
Sense of initiative & think ahead, inspire & influence
Stress-resistant and flexible attitude
Willing to make short trips abroad
