In this role you will report directly to the General Manager Havea Belgium and to the group E-pharma Director. Your mission consists of expanding and unrolling the commercial, marketing & trade strategy of Havea group in e-pharma in Belgium.

  • Commercial
  • Commercialize our brands on new e-pharma accounts to reach maximum coverage
  • Manage commercial relationship with clients and create strong bonds within their organization
  • Handle annual negotiations
  • Assortment
  • Negotiate maximum assortment for our brands with all clients
  • If relevant, suggest specific product development and coordinate development process
  • E-merchandising
  • Maximize natural referencing of our products by optimizing product files
  • E-trade
  • Define trade plan per client, in close coordination with brands’ other channels’ trade plans
  • Pilot and follow this trade plan
  • Design and rollout a relevant model for systematically boosting net sales and margin performance of our brands in e-pharma
  • Bear P&L responsibility and handle budget and monthly reporting
  • Watch operational performance with each client (stock level, payments delays, logistics performance) and implement corrective actions as needed
  • 5+ years experience in e-commerce / marketplace environment
  • Knowledge of pharma / beauty / cosmetics sector
  • Strongly skilled in negotiation, trade marketing, organization, budget management
  • Fluent Flemish, French and English
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
