At Easyfairs we aim to go off the beaten tracks, try-out and evaluate new initiatives that will bring our team members’ experience to the next level and make Easyfairs a trendsetting company in talent and leadership practices!
As an All-round Talent Disruptor, you will be part of the Talent Management department designing the projects to create an outstanding and future-proof employee lifecycle, championing Talent excellence.
Your mission will focus on the research and evaluation of NWOWs (New Ways Of Working), touching on all talent dimensions (Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Rewarding, Talent Engagement & Retention) comprising of the following projects:
- Employer Branding: improve employer brand awareness and engagement on social medias
- Recruiting: participate in the creation of targeted recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and evaluating behavioral assessment solutions
- Hybrid workplace: review and analyze remote work practices and optimization of home and office based setup
- Personal Development: participate in the creation of career development frameworks and organization of peer learning activities
- Optimized Perks & Benefits: research and assess flexible mobility solutions and options for income optimization
- Engagement and satisfaction: conduct conjoint analysis and interviews to understand what are the key drivers to employees motivation and loyalty
About you
More thank skills, we are seeking passion, potential, attitude and ambition!
If, on top of that, you are highly analytical, curious and combine:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent command of Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication skills
- Craze for people and human capital
