As an Allround HR Professional you will work on different assignments at various clients to support them with different goals in the broad area of HR. The type of projects can vary from a generalist character or can require a focus on some specific areas within HR (administration and payroll, talent management including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR projects, social relations, etc.). You guarantee continuity to our clients by building on a strong connection with your colleagues & stakeholders.

Because of your service-minded attitude and proactive way of thinking, you have an eye for improvements, you advise the recruitment department in their way of working and their vision for the future. You help to actively build Deloitte as an expert service provider. Depending on your experience you will be able to coach, in the short or long term, a team of junior consultants.

Thanks to your passion for Human Resources, everyone will notice the drive and enthusiasm that you bring to the workplace every day.

• You have built up a strong interest & knowledge for your profession during your Bachelor or Master in Social Work, Commercial Sciences, Psychology or any other HR related field.
• You have at least 2-6 years of relevant professional experience as an HR Professional (Recruitment, HR Officer, L&D, Payroll,...)
• You have an in-depth knowledge of one or more HR tools and HR information systems.
• A changing & dynamic context gets you energized
• You are a flexible and customer friendly personality, able to work in a team, build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
• You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
