We are looking for an IT Project Manager responsible for medico-technical applications to guarantee healthcare in a clinic in Brussels.

As IT Project Manager responsible for medico-technical applications, you work in a hierarchical relationship with the manager of the Medtech team. You are responsible for analysing functional and technical needs in order to meet the services requested by medical departments from the Department of Computer Systems.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you work in close collaboration with the team members in a transversal dynamic with
  • Medical service team where you are the point of contact between the IT and the medical service in the management of change requests. You have sufficient knowledge of the application domain to be able to collaborate with the functional referents of the service.
  • Functional aspects: other teams responsible for medical or administrative applications.
  • Architectural and technical aspects: the system team, telephony.
  • Operational aspects: IT support teams (operations and intervention of technicians).
  • The Engineering Department when change requests involve the participation of this service.
  • Administrative services (billing, purchasing, etc.) of the when change requests involve the participation of these services.
  • Application providers where you are the point of contact between the CIO and the subcontractors. You have sufficient knowledge of the field of application to be able to work with the supplier’s stakeholders
  • You manage IT projects, you ensure that the projects match the hospital’s strategy, you coordinate the various resources involved, you participate in the implementation and ensure the proper implementation of the requested service.
  • You provide level 2 and 3 assistance and support (level of application expertise) to users of medical-technical applications for which the team is responsible.
Your profile
  • You have a master’s degree in computer science, civil engineer, industrial engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with an application vendor or healthcare IT industry is an asset.
  • You master one or more programming languages ??(.NET, Java, Python, ...)
  • You have good knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases
  • Experience in project management and monitoring.
  • Autonomous in learning and technology watch
  • Very good interpersonal skills, as well as organization, good written and verbal communication (French and English)
