Job description:

You have professional experience with GC and GC-MS equipment and the development of methods & applications. With your “out-of-the-box” attitude you play an active and inspiring role in translating and implementing our customers’ requests into robust, productive and creative analytical solutions.

You are responsible for the analytical output of equipment demonstrations, set-up of smart applications, implementation at the customer’s and training. You also participate in assisting existing and new clients with troubleshooting their methods and applications.

The ideal applicant’s profile:

· Preferably a university degree or equivalent through experience

· Demonstrable experience with GC-MS

· Multidisciplinary interest and/or experience like:

(Petro)chemical applications

CDS and implementation within IT-networks

Lab robotization/programming

· Independent and pro-active

· Focus on creativity, quality and customer satisfaction

· Commercial mindset

· Communicative skills

· A good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a pro

Tu possèdes une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la GC et la GC/MS mais également dans le développement de méthodes et applications. Ton profil ‘hors du commun’ te permet de jouer un rôle inspirant en traduisant les besoins de nos clients et en les mettant en oeuvre sous la forme de solutions créatives et optimales.

Tu seras entre autres responsable au sein de notre laboratoire de démonstrations analytiques, de la mise en oeuvre d’applications, de l’installation et de la formation de nos clients. Tu accompagneras également les clients dans le conseil et la résolution de ‘troubleshooting’.

Le profil idéal est le suivant :

· Formation universitaire ou équivalente ;

· Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine applicatif de la chromatographie gazeuse et de la spectrométrie ;

· Connaissances et/ou intérêts dans les domaines suivants :

Applications chimiques et pétrochimiques

‘Chromatography Data Systems’ et implantation en réseau IT

Robotisation et programmation en laboratoire

· Etre autonome et pro-actif ;

· Etre créatif, orienté qualité et statisfaction clients ;

· Approche commerciale et communicative ;

· Bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais est un plus

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met GC en GC/MS apparatuur en het ontwikkelen van methodes & applicaties. Met jouw “out of the box” attitude speel je een inspirerende rol bij het vertalen en implementeren van de wensen van onze klanten naar robuuste, productieve en creatieve analyseoplossingen. Je wordt onder meer verantwoordelijk voor de analytische uitvoering van apparatuur demonstraties, het opzetten van slimme applicaties, verzorgen van installaties en klanttrainingen. Daarnaast participeer je bij troubleshooting/advies bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten.

CDS en implementatie binnen IT-netwerken

Lab robotisering/programmering

· Zelfstandig en pro-actief kunnen werken

· Focus op creativiteit, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid

· Goed ontwikkelde commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een pluspunt
