Function

Great opportunity in a new bar in the heart of Brussels

Responsibilities

Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails

Knowledge of bar operations, its services, and facilities.

Requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Ability to oversee and manage a team, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service and taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.

Recruit and manage a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous

Profile

One year of experience in a bar or high-volume bar is required.

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the languages used in the workplace: French and English.
