A company active in the Insurance sector is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in finance and in insurance, you will be the perfect addition to the company.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Development Manager will include:

  • Building and sustaining the company’s market position by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business deals
  • Identifying and sourcing business opportunities and ventures suitable for achieving corporate goals and objectives
  • Assessing, evaluating and developing the strategic plan for the Brussels office
  • Protecting the company’s values and mission while building market confidence and participation
  • Initiating plans, targets and business goals in line with group guidelines

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the role
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English

Your strengths:

  • You have excellent, communication, organisation and negotiation skills
