For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for a:

Buyer

(Fulltime | 40 hours)

As a buyer you ensure timely availability of material, project parts, services and items required for business operations, in compliance with applicable business processes, policies and procurement terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• You search and select potential suppliers based on supplier quality, integrity and purchasing conditions

• You negotiate deadlines, prices and conditions with suppliers

• You supervise, arrange and purchase the transport for goods with the corresponding import and export documents

• You administer orders using an ERP system and manage the entire process

• You create order recommendations from the automated system, review their accuracy and prepare the orders upon request of internal customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferably in the commercial, economical or procurement field

• 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical environment

• Familiar to an ERP system and mastering Office tools

• French & English. Fluency in English is mandatory

• Able to work well independently as well as with others and is a positive role model for ethical behaviour, fairness and integrity.
