What you will do
  • define the business model (and its issues) and make it future proof
  • provide to the organisation the right approach on current developments in the Retail business area
  • observe problems and issues for an implementation from different angles within the business, target users and technical expertise
  • set the expectations of the different stakeholders in facilitating analytic sessions
  • provide a communication model to have easy access to requirements, needs and data of the core users, affected users of any change
  • able to create: Business Requirement Documents including business drivers, problem statement, vision, scope, dependencies, key roles as well as Stakeholder engagement
  • Create uses cases, swim lanes, Process workflows using Process Mapping tools (MS VISIO)
  • Create vertical solution design models, including the knowledge of how the system should behave and function
  • Create Moscow models in requirement gathering
  • Able to standardize the implementation processes to be duplicable and scalable
  • Clarify a business improvement into an executive and field language summary to augment the buy-in curve of all contributors
  • Assure compliance of the developments outcomes with the company business goals
  • Analyse and report needed changes during implementation
  • Identify the key –resources for the different functionalities to change
  • Report the progress of business improvements to the key-stakeholders
  • Able to create a CIM plan, including an elaboration, design, development, and maintenance phase
  • Assume Regional Program Ownership in OneSensormatic improvement programs
