We provide two types of therapy center: the IBA’s Proteus®PLUS which offer a multi-room solution and the Proteus®ONE who is a more compact single room solution that is easier to install, integrate and operate.
To date, more than 58 world renowned medical institutions have built a Particle Therapy Center with IBA across 3 continents.

IBA constantly improve the proton therapy technology for the benefit of patients. We work diligently to advance proton therapy, in close collaboration with our customers and through R&D partnerships.

Mission:
Due to increase of our expected sales and installations, we are dealing with an increase workload of installation in 2022.
This new positive challenge requires to have a new member in our CPC team.

As Customer Project Coordination Associate, for a one-year fixed-term contract, you will elaborate and do the follow-up of the projects in close relationship with Project Manager.
You will interact with all internal actors (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain…) and ensure the respect all the major contractual milestones of the project.

Challenges we will trust with:

• Provide logistics site support for shipment and during installation
  • Report material availability forecast to Project Manager and define strategy for missing items
  • Outbound all parts requested for main shipment or as a site support during installation
  • Create adequate documentation for shipment (packing list, proforma,…)
  • Secure efficient communication & relationships with related departments (Site, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Analyze issues with impact on projects and implement appropriate solutions
• Ensure up-to-date project scheduling (in ERP) - use of SVMX and SAP PS
  • Create part request in SAP PS based on requirements from the site
  • Update SVMX to communicate details to site
• Share knowledge and ensure good atmosphere with the rest of the team
  • Good communication is maintained and feedback is given at all time to the team and the manager of the team

What we value:

You have:

• 0 to 5 years of experience
• Proficient english, potentially needed to discuss with sites all around the world
• SAP knowledge (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of PackOffice (excel)
• Good oral & written communication in French and English

You are:

• Customer minded
• A team player with very good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to organize your work autonomously
