Functie

SAV Manager:

  • Surrounded by a direct team of 6 tech account managers and 6 Key account managers
  • Team leader of 120 tech support specialits and 2 assistants.

You will be in charge of the after care service.

You will meet clients on and off sites.

You will make sure that your team provides the best service and follow up possible.

You will also communicate with your team and provide the help and support they need to accomplish the plan of attack you provided them each week.

Reach the company, the team and your targets.


Profiel

Our client is looking for:

  • Someone with experience in the field of customer and team management.
  • Someone who speaks FR-NL.
  • Someone who has a proven record of team leader as well as customer care leader.
  • Someone with good communication skills, who can listen and translate the needs of his team as well as of his clients.
