  • You will be responsible for identifying and implementing security measures to reduce cyber risk for Carmeuse Europe.
  • Working in Cyber security team, you’ll design and implement processes and tools that safeguard Carmeuse digital IT & OT footprint. Creating action plans, mitigating risks, and resolving control issues, you’ll gain key insight into today’s complex risk and regulatory landscape. Working with our cybersecurity team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation designed to strengthen our operations.
  • Additionally, you’ll have the chance to participate in steering committees, promote IT & OT security awareness across Carmeuse, advise and support business security risk and control activities.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Master’s degree in cyber security, computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of broad professional experience in a similar role
  • 1+ year of SAP security & compliance
  • Active certifications such as CISSP or CISM or equivalent are desired
  • Analytical skills; problem solving skills;
  • Organizational skills
YourKnowledge/Skills:
  • Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, vulnerability management, and data protection
  • Track record as a cyber security project manager, while first experience as a team lead is beneficial
  • Generalist in cyber and information security management who can dive deeper into technical topics if required
  • Demonstrated business skills and cyber strategy with a strong understanding of large manufacturing organization
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). French is a plus.
