Terumo Europe is a core player in the EMEA healthcare market. We are a strong actor of the Terumo Corporation (Japan), producing, distributing, marketing and selling a vast range of medical devices. Terumo Europe EMEA headquarters and production facilities are located in Leuven (Belgium) with sales and marketing offices across the EMEA region.

Department Info

The Terumo Pharmaceutical Solutions (TPS) marketing team develops, coordinates and supports product strategy, market research, and marketing communication.

In addition, the team leads the launch of new products and promotions TPS product portfolio.

The marketing team also oversees the general branding and contributes to enhancing the TPS presence globally in traditional and on digital channels.

The market team supports the global sales team to position TPS as a trusted partner for Pharma customers.

Job Summary

As a Data Driven Marketing Intern, you will provide support towards day-to-day marketing activities, as well as several ongoing projects.

Thereby, you will contribute directly to wide range of topics including strategy, market research, and communications and further enhance the marketing for the TPS business unit.

You will be a part of a high-quality team and you will be working with Global Product managers, Marketing Communications team, market research analysts, and sales team.

Besides the internship at marketing team, you’ll get the opportunity to connect with multiple people at Terumo, including fellow interns and the senior management.

In addition, you’ll get the opportunity to learn about the company in different ways.

Job Responsibilities

As our Data Driven Marketing Intern, you will be involved in several projects. Therefore, you will need to provide support in the execution of several marketing aspects.

You Will Be Involved In The Following Tasks

• Development of Marketing materials and communications
• Shape the digital marketing in B2B, Pharma setting
• Analysis of market data/ market research
• Build or optimize tools for market research
• Support in preparing presentations – Product, strategy, and communication
• Development of promotional marketing materials (in collaboration with the global product managers and the Marketing communications team)
• Update of online Marketing Library with new marketing material
• Development of marketing presentations
• Execution of Competitive intelligence Research
• Identification of potential competitive product offerings
• Development and/or maintenance of the competitor product portfolio database
  

Seeked profile:You are enthusiastic and driven about complementing our highly qualified marketing team.

You are currently involved in studies that provide you with a relevant background to perform well within the internship context; e.g. Business Management, Marketing, …. In addition, you are a passionate future marketeer, who is passionate about linking data to marketing.

You are a self-starter and serious about your own development and performance. Additionally, you possess good critical, analytical and communication skills. You also possess a highly creative point of view and have a high regard for attention to detail, as well as quality.

You are fluent in English. This entails both verbal and writing skills. In addition, you are a team player, but also take responsibilities on yourself. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change.

You are able to analyse large amounts of complex information and streamline it into one presentable piece.

You possess a good knowledge and understanding of MS Office.We offer:
