  • Manage telephone reception, reservation management, check-in, information, sales, check-out and billing… and if you have any additional talent, share it!
  • As a flexible and versatile colleague you give support to other departments (bar, seminars, …).
  • Ensure that the quality of the experience is up to the promises made to our customers.

Work Experience

  • You are a welcoming and enthusiastic person thinking in solutions and opportunities.
  • Your English and French are fluent. You have some skills in Dutch? Great!
