Welcome to ESP, the department within the Enterprise division of Proximus, responsible for the integration of all TELCO & ICT solutions in the areas of Infrastructure, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Workplace, Smart Network and Applications.
Within ESP, solutions are shaped by Product Managers, offers are handled by Presales and we rely on Solution Sales who are members of the CoE (Center of Excellence) to sell these solutions and to carry out our sales actions towards the account managers.
The key person we are looking for will work as a CoE Owner Hybrid Cloud and will be responsible for the team to promote the Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Hybrid solutions and the services related to these solutions.
This essentially commercial role involves the following aspects:
- You will manage a Solution Sales team specialising in the Hybrid Cloud solution portfolio including :
- A complete range of private cloud solutions hosted at Proximus (Hosting or Housing) but also on the customer’s site (On premise) or hybrid mode.
- Hybrid and public cloud solutions in the Microsoft AZURE/Google portfolio.
- Storage solutions, converged & Hyperconverged solutions
- Proximus Cloud FUSION solution in partnership with HCL
- You will follow up and support the sales teams of the SOO, SOI Tribes segments for the sale of the Hybrid Cloud solutions portfolio. You are responsible for the sales result together with the Account Team.
- You have a view on the funnel and carry out periodic forecasting and follow-up of key projects with Solution Sales.
- You analyse and challenge the results; you propose commercial and marketing actions to boost sales through the different segments.
- As part of the CoE Owner role, you are responsible for the development of your team members (MyGrowth, learning, etc.)
- You will liaise with the product teams at ESP to adapt to market demands
- You interface with the sales team of our strategic partners (Dell EMC, Cisco, NetApp, Google, Microsoft.... )
Profile
- You will be responsible for the management of the sales team.
- You have a "Servant Leadership" management style
- You have an affinity for Hybrid Cloud solutions
- You are trilingual: Dutch, French, English.
- You are customer oriented and look for pragmatic solutions
- You are result driven
- You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate assertive communication skills.
- You have good time management skills
- You understand and participate in the Agile transformation
