IT Data Architect

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Data Architect to join our consultancy team for a key client mission. This role involves contributing to IT architecture activities centered around data, particularly on an Azure data platform. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing data-driven solutions within the client’s IT landscape.

Mission Details:

This is a full-time consultancy mission with an initial duration of 1 year, with potential extensions. The mission is expected to start on September 1st. The role offers flexibility with the possibility of remote work.

Due to the sites limited accessibility via public transport, candidates must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a vehicle.

Key Objectives:

• Solution Design: Propose IT solutions during the planning phases that align with business needs, respect established IT and enterprise architecture standards, and integrate seamlessly with the existing IT landscape. Collaborate with technical and application designers to ensure coherence.
• Project Oversight: Guide the implementation of selected solutions, ensuring adherence to IT architecture requirements, and adjust solutions to evolving business needs and technical constraints. Supervise the maintenance and evolution of IT architectures following the same principles.
• Architecture Studies: Lead solution studies to guarantee the delivery of consistent architecture deliverables. Validate and document the current IT landscape and ensure alignment with client’s architectural standards.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks related to solution implementation, adapting the architecture as necessary, and presenting any significant changes for validation by the Architecture Committee.

Required Expertise:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect with proven experience across business, data, application, and infrastructure layers, particularly in designing and implementing Azure Data Platforms.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • In-depth knowledge of data modeling and database design, including familiarity with columnar databases, NoSQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure components such as Microsoft Fabric (or Databricks), Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Account (Data Lake), and Azure CosmosDB (or MongoDB/Neo4).
• Architectural Skills: Advanced understanding of Data LakeHouse, Data Quality, and Master Data Management principles. Familiarity with event-driven, lambda & kappa architecture, API management, and data hub concepts.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong autonomy, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the Utilities sector and with tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Familiarity with TOGAF framework and Archimate modeling language.

Languages:

• French: Native level (C2)
• English: Proficient (B1)
