Job Description

The role

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Louvain la Neuve.

With remit over Central Europe, you will initiate and implement Fugro’s marketing and communications plan in alignment with the Regional (Europe & Africa) Strategic Sales & Marketing Strategy and the wider global communications strategy. You will support and deliver marketing activities as required for Central Europe, by coordinating a marketing, PR and event plan incorporating social media activities and creation of marketing materials.

  • You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • You are willing to get hands-on and muck in where required!

Who you’ll be working with:

You will work closely with Country Managers, the Service Line managers, Business Development Team and Global and Regional Communications Teams to deliver the Central Europe Marketing strategy

Here’s what a typical day would be like:

  • Creating marketing material for use across all media types

  • Coordinating events including conferences, seminars, career fairs and client webinars. Creating flyers, social media content, managing invitations and all pre and post event communications

  • Developing creative marketing campaigns

  • Identifying content with the business teams for external promotion

Who we’re looking for:

Essential

  • Diploma or degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or associated marketing discipline

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally from within the B2B sector

  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience in digital and email marketing

  • Entrepreneurial, inquisitive, confident with excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

Desirable

  • Professional recognition certificate in Marketing preferred

  • MS Dynamics, InDesign and Hootsuite software experience
