We are looking for a Support Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and IT service requests from the business.
Resolve as many requests as possible on the first call, using the tools at your disposal or by visiting the site.
Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets
Manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation
Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.

Profile

IT technician or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English and Dutch
Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365
Good knowledge of Windows 10, 11
Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
Mastery of user, computer and group management in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
Knowledge of Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive
Assets: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
