We are looking for a Support Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and IT service requests from the business.
- Resolve as many requests as possible on the first call, using the tools at your disposal or by visiting the site.
- Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets
- Manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
- Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation
- Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.
Profile
- IT technician or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, 11
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
- Mastery of user, computer and group management in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive
- Assets: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
