We are looking for a Support Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and IT service requests from the business.
  • Resolve as many requests as possible on the first call, using the tools at your disposal or by visiting the site.
  • Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets
  • Manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
  • Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation
  • Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.


Profile

  • IT technician or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English and Dutch
  • Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10, 11
  • Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
  • Mastery of user, computer and group management in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive
  • Assets: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
