Your journey with us

• You will manage a diverse team of Deloitte Digital natives (developers, analysts, testers, architects, ...) responsible for the successful delivery of new product releases, as well as supporting these live solutions towards the end-users. We call this "Run & Scale".
• You manage the project financials, but also the client and internal stakeholders
• Together with Product Owners, you determine the priorities for upcoming releases and define the product roadmap for the coming release(s)
• You leverage your communication expertise to report on the team’s activities, providing transparency and confidence to stakeholders on the progress of analysis, development, testing and any risks & issues that arise
• In case of an urgent production issue, your leadership steers both the team and client towards a swift resolution, following predefined processes and approvals
• You work with other managers to continuously refresh and optimize our ways

Let’s talk about you

• 4+ years of experience as delivery manager of projects applying DevOps & Agile principles
• 6+ years of experience with DevOps & Agile and hold the necessary certifications
• Experience with delivery of web and/or mobile projects is a must
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket) is a plus
• Experience within the (Belgian) Public Sector is a plus
• Experience with technologies such as e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud, React (Native), Adobe Experience Manager, Grassfish, ... is a plus, but definitely not a requirement
• You’re fluent in English & French, Dutch is a plus
