Description:

As part of the single-file project, the client is deploying a Microsoft Dynamics CRM to unify its user relationship management practices (job seekers, businesses, partners).
To do this, specific support is required to align business practices, support employees, structure membership, and train more than 1,200 agents.
The objective is to guarantee smooth, efficient, and consistent appropriation with public service issues.
The educational engineering expert will have to design, in agreement with the Change team and the Company Academy, the training strategy/deployment plan adapted to the different professions in order to effectively train the hundreds of agents required to use the CRM in a limited time frame. He will also have to ensure the educational design of the training courses in a blended learning approach and train the Company Academy trainers.
