Your job

As an Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager, you are a key contributor to our HR compliance agenda and employee wellbeing initiatives across Belgium & Luxembourg. You will drive transformational ER projects while ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees in alignment with Accenture’s Core Values and Code of Business Ethics:

  • You act as a subject matter expert and advisor for Accenture BeLux on health, wellbeing, and reintegration processes, providing strategic guidance to HR representatives and business stakeholders.

  • Lead and support overtime management, health & safety matters, and end-to-end program management for employee relations cases across diverse situations.

  • Analyze wellbeing data and identify trends for prevention of absenteeism and psychosocial risks, translating insights into actionable prevention strategies.

  • Support development and implementation of projects, guidelines, frameworks, and toolkits related to Health and Wellbeing initiatives that enhance employee experience.

  • Assess and monitor Health and Wellbeing capabilities, metrics, and organizational culture to develop comprehensive strategies and annual plans, creating detailed review materials for Leadership teams.

  • Provide expert guidance to HR Partners on long-term illness processes and absence management, supporting and monitoring reintegration case management while developing tailored reintegration plans.

  • Act as primary liaison between internal and external parties, promoting collaboration and alignment across the entire ecosystem of health and wellbeing stakeholders.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for employees, HR teams, business units, health vendors, prevention advisors, and confidential mediators to ensure seamless communication.

  • Identify and understand evolving employment legislation and translate regulatory changes into practical HR actions, deploying new ER practices and reviewing existing policies.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance reintegration success rates and overall employee wellbeing outcomes.

The role of Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager is integral to creating a comfortable and supportive workplace environment for all Accenture employees. You will drive meaningful change while ensuring compliance and promoting employee wellbeing across our BeLux operations.

Your team

You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team within Human Resources, as well as other Corporate Functions teams including Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Information Management. Together, you will optimize operations, drive collaboration, and achieve shared goals that enhance employee experience.


Your background

  • Innovative and transformation mindset with proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes to increase employee experience

  • Strong understanding of strategic direction and ability to align team goals with broader organizational objectives

  • Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills with experience in complex, matrix environments

  • Strong data analytics and interpretation capabilities to inform decision-making and drive insights into ER programs

  • Demonstrated experience handling Health and Wellbeing topics within HR environments

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourgish employment legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch/French, with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
