Since 2015, Luminus offers energy services alongside its core electricity and gas provision. Through acquiring over 20 Belgian installation firms, Luminus aids customers in energy transition. Serving both B2C and B2B markets, Luminus installs solar panels, EV chargers, heat pumps, batteries, and energy management systems. To bolster these efforts, we seek an Energy Services Coordination Manager.


In this role you support Luminus in becoming a leading energy installation provider. Your responsibilities include managing relationships with energy partners, optimizing sales, and overseeing project execution to aid Luminus installation companies. You will lead an internal team and work across departments within Luminus and its installation companies.
Given its broad scope, the role demands a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and navigating the complexities of a service-oriented organization. Close collaboration with senior management at Luminus and energy partners is essential.


Your daily job


Coordinate support between Luminus and its energy partners

  • You promote and encourage cooperation and synergies between energy partners and Luminus (purchasing synergies, lead transfers, ….),
  • You connect people of the different organisations with each other.
  • You act as liaison between the various parties on all operational matters.
  • You resolve disagreements by mediating between parties and finding compromises

Professionalize the sales organisation:

  • You improve the business process between Luminus and energy partners, and among the energy partners themselves.
  • You work with the Key Account Managers and the energy partners to rank and select the various sales opportunities, and monitor the energy partner’s feedback to Luminus.
  • You follow the good governance of the different projects (approval by Investment Committee, delegation of authority, …)

Provide and manage financing solutions

  • You develop and deliver complete financing solutions (such as leasing agreements) based on customer needs and compatible with the latest legislations and subsidy systems.
  • You assist the pre-sales process for complex financing solutions with B2B sales team and the energy partners.
  • You manage the financing of the different projects with the project fulfilment manager, who handles communication with banks.
  • You oversee and maintain relations with financing partners.
  • You are responsible for overall performance of financing solutions and related Special Purpose Vehicles.

Follow-up the execution of projects

  • You set up post-sales processes to meet Luminus group standards for customer experience throughout their journey.
  • You join Operational Committees with Luminus and energy partners.
  • You report on non-financial KPIs like sales, CO2 savings, client references, etc.You make Luminus energy partners visible within Luminus Group. Show their achievements and successes to Luminus organization.


Your profile


  • You hold a university degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You possess at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, such as in techno-economic roles or managing partner networks in a B2B environment.
  • You are fluent in both French and Dutch.
  • You demonstrate the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your strong people management skills enable you to lead and motivate teams.
  • You have a knack for improving processes and implementing effective controls.
  • You approach your work with diligence and precision, making sure that it is free of errors.
  • You have knowledge of corporate finance and understand financial business cases.
  • You thrive in a team environment and inspire others through your excellent communication skills.
  • As a persistent challenger, you know how to achieve goals effectively.
  • You are comfortable working with tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, and alongside multicultural teams.
