Enterprise Security Risk Manager

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Knowledge and multiyear experience in organization, management and support of various (international) operations, activities, units and projects related to defense, security, electronics and communications, in the NATO environments
· Previous experience within NATO Risks assessment and Management
· Previous experience in the assessment of risks and the development of risk mitigation plans and contingency measures
· Knowledge of the NATO risk management frameworks
· Experience with Risks assessment and Risk Management as applied to CIS Security and Cyber Security Fields
· Experience in leading staff work on large and complex projects and to coordinate multiple stakeholders in different and separate locations


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Perform effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Develop an Enterprise Risk management framework for the Enterprise
  • Develop, propose and monitor the implementation of a CIS Security Risk issues and registry, ensuring secure continuity of operations by reducing the residual risk
  • Develop a threat based risk assessment for each issue and risk in the cryptographic issues and risks register
  • Develop an annual risk assessment report including recommendations for the adaptation of services and capabilities
  • Continuously monitor the Enterprise CIS Security issues and risks and assess their operational impact on NCS, the Nations and the Alliance
  • Develop annually an Alliance-wide operational impact assessment report
  • Other related tasks may be assigned as required
