As part of our company’s development, we are looking for an Equipment Quotation Engineer responsible for AL-KO air handling units and process /unitary MTA equipment, with the goal of developing and coordinating technical and commercial offers in conjunction with the sales team.

Your Mission Will Be To

  • Participate in the qualification of the request: Analysis customer and sales engineers requests,
  • Select parts to build the offer using internal software and consulting partner factories and suppliers,
  • Draft quotations and commercial offers and communicate that to customers,
  • Review and validate the terms and conditions of sale,
  • Collaborate with the sales administration team , participate in the order entry and follow-up process,
  • Suggest productivity improvements and innovative actions on processes, organization, tools, etc.
  • Act as the on-site relay for the Sales Engineers to support the growth of AL-KO and MTA products in the market:
  • Liaise with the plant’s support team to optimize major costings, update technical sales support and accompany strategic customers on plant visits.
  • Support the sales team in assessing customers’ needs and advising them on the most appropriate solutions,
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the growth of AL-KO and MTA products in the market and develop an action plan.

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience in costing and selecting HVAC equipment, and in-depth knowledge of products (particularly AHUs) and the market,
  • You have a solid background in HVAC,
  • You are recognized for your communication and negotiation skills,
  • You have a good command of technical English / French and Dutch (spoken/written)
  • Good knowledge of German and/or Italian would be a plus
