Your mission:

The ERM officer is in charge of:

  • Managing the quantitative and qualitative aspects of Solvency II
  • Identifying, measuring and monitoring risks and their mitigation
  • Maintening an integrated risk management system and monitoring the evolution of the company’s risk profile
  • Participating in the implementation of the Risk appetite framework within the company
  • Supporting the Risk Management with the ORSA process
  • Analyzing, quantifying and giving an opinion on the strategies proposed by the 1st line (investment, products, prices)
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead discussion on liquidity risk and coordinate with local and Group stakeholders to produce reporting on time
  • Manage and calculate the counterparty default risk under Solvency II regulation
  • Maintain, run and produce the quantitative reporting dashboard on a quarterly basis
  • Contribute to define, and ensure proper monitoring of risk and profitability indicators, and related risk appetite limits
  • Contribute to the production of the quarterly Risk Dashboard and any ad-hoc request
  • Contribute to spread risk best practices throughout the company being an ambassador of the risk culture
  • Coordinate risk policies, guidelines and procedures implementation for assigned scope
  • Support cascading down the risk appetite framework in operational limits
  • Support risk owners in addressing issues related to assigned risks
  • Contribute to the ORSA process and report write-up
Your profile:
  • You have a Master in Actuarial Sciences or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (degree in Risk Management is a plus)
  • You show rigor and practical intelligence
  • You are organised and structured
  • You are proactive and work on time
  • You adapt easily to changes and have a team spirit
  • You are fluent in French and / or Dutch. As part of your international contacts, you understand English and are able to write reports and emails in English.
