We are mainly known as a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, and already in business since 1923. We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.

Currently we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst Finance in Lummen (Belgium):

The Business Analyst’s main role is helping businesses implement and maintain technology solutions in a cost-effective way. The Business Analyst will design and document financial processes, document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, validate delivered IT solutions and provide day-to-day support on the good use of these IT solutions to the business community.

Responsibilities:

• Works with business teams across all business units to gather business requirements;
• Leads design sessions in prototyping new business solutions for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations and information process flows;
• Creates solution design proposals;
• Works with application development staff to coordinate the configuration and/or creation of business applications;
• Creates/maintains test scenarios and validate delivered IT solutions;
• Assists with the deployment of the business application architecture throughout the company;
• Reviews and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing solutions and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these solutions;
• Develops user manuals and training material to train the staff in business processes and the effective use of the applications.

Your profile:

Skills and competencies:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in IT;
• Result oriented and strong analytical capabilities;
• Attention to detail and able to work independently;
• Willing to travel and visit subsidiaries throughout the world if needed.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ of proven experience in a similar environment;
• Knowledgeable in finance business processes;
• Experience with financial applications is a must, preferable in an international environment;
• Experience with IFS financial module is an advantage;
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
