For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Anderlecht.

Responsibilities

You perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, including: managing an appointment calendar; completing expense reports; drafting and preparing sometimes confidential correspondence; organising travel plans
You are responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring that the managers’ schedules are followed and respected
You prioritise conflicting needs; deal with issues quickly, proactively and follow up projects until they are completed
