For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Anderlecht.

Responsibilities

  • You perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, including: managing an appointment calendar; completing expense reports; drafting and preparing sometimes confidential correspondence; organising travel plans
  • You are responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring that the managers’ schedules are followed and respected
  • You prioritise conflicting needs; deal with issues quickly, proactively and follow up projects until they are completed

Have you got what it takes?

  • You have at least 2 years experience in an administrative position
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are independent, willing to learn and sociable
  • You speak French and English
