For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Anderlecht.
Responsibilities
- You perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, including: managing an appointment calendar; completing expense reports; drafting and preparing sometimes confidential correspondence; organising travel plans
- You are responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring that the managers’ schedules are followed and respected
- You prioritise conflicting needs; deal with issues quickly, proactively and follow up projects until they are completed
Have you got what it takes?
- You have at least 2 years experience in an administrative position
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You are independent, willing to learn and sociable
- You speak French and English
