For this industrial group, we are actively seeking a Finance Manager.

This fast-growing company is constantly expanding its activities throughout Belgium and Europe. In addition to attractive salary conditions, growth and development opportunities are offered in the long run!

This job is based around Tournai.

Finance Manager – The Role:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The establishment of budgets, forecasts
  • The review of month-end closings
  • Reporting and presentations to the company’s management
  • Continuous improvement, automatization & digitalization of processes and tools
  • The supervision of a team of controllers and accountants: work allocations, trainings, reviews, recruitment..

Finance Manager – About You:

  • You have a significant experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role (Head of Finance/Finance Manager or equivalent). Experience in management is a must
  • You have an operational command of English, Dutch and French. You will need to attend meetings, draft email and reports, etc. in all three languages
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or in a related field
