YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

  • Responsible for the field sales team Belgium consisting out of 6 people
  • Implement the defined field sales strategy
  • Lead, coach, monitor and define objectives for the field sales team
  • Follow-up of the periodic KPI’s of the team and define action plans with the team
  • Set up weekly reporting of field sales team activity, sales results and forecasts
  • Organize sales trainings to support the team
  • Schedule team meetings on a weekly or two weekly basis in HQ
  • You are responsible for the P&L of your customers and field sales team
  • Spend two days per week in the field to further coach your team and to understand what is going on in the market and share this knowledge within the organization
  • Manage different key accounts in the retail segment
  • Prepare and follow-up on budget and forecast per account
  • Negotiate yearly agreements with the key accounts following the defined strategy
  • Implement the annual key account plan and develop specific operational plans
  • Provide the necessary analysis of the key accounts and present the necessary insights
  • You report directly to the Country Sales Manager Benelux

What we expect from you:

  • You have obtained a Master degree
  • You have at least 5 years working experience, ideally a first experience in field sales and/or marketing in the FMCG
  • You have a first retail account management experience
  • Negotiating excites you !
  • You are a good listener, strong communicator& teamplayer
  • You are a strong people manager and know how to motivate a team
  • You have an analyticalmindset and are KPI & result driven
  • You have a first experience in P&L responsibilityand budget ownership
  • You are flexible when it comes to travelling throughout Belgium on a weekly basis
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
