The Alan Allman Associates model fosters synergies between firms on key topics such as: digital transformation, cybersecurity, blockchain, risk management, business intelligence, market finance, process management, change and organisation management, IT architecture and infrastructure management, supply chain, procurement, human resources information systems, marketing, and communication management.

Rôles & Responsabilités

As part of the management team, you will participate in the Executive Committee “COMEX” of the Alan Allman Associates Ecosystem. You will be responsible for the reliability of the financial indicators of the subsidiaries of the Benelux perimeter (4 brands) and actively participate in the external growth policy of the Ecosystem. You will supervise and manage the Alan Allman Associates Benelux financial teams (currently 7 people).


THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

  • Propose analyses on the financial perspectives resulting from the orientations (improvement of project margins...) and action plans;
  • Translate organisational priorities into budgetary commitments and support the Executive Committee in the arbitration of resources with the objective of not exceeding 15% overhead;
  • Ensure that all financial affairs are conducted and maintained in accordance with Benelux and Group accounting practices;
  • Lead the treasury activities and organising cash flows, in coordination with the group finance department;
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the reduction of overheads (target: 15%);
  • Determine and deploy strategies for continuous improvement of processes (ISO, ...) and systems, financial and accounting work tools and ensure compliance with parent company systems;
  • Lead the annual budget process and propose the annual budget (with an ambition to exceed 15% growth); prepare financial projections (Build a 2025 project with a minimum target of 15% EBITDA); monitor and support operational managers;
  • Work in collaboration with the group auditors and the financial department in charge of the consolidation of the company on the side ;
  • Coordinate activities in relation to banking, governmental and other aspects; assume all communications of a financial or fiscal nature to the relevant authorities;
  • Participate in the operational committees of the Benelux subsidiaries of the group;
  • Analyse financial statements (balance sheet items, explanations of variances between actual results and budget) and produce monthly reports including KPI’s for directors, shareholders and/or CFO;
  • Establish the necessary methods and procedures to control expenses in accordance with the Group’s policies;
  • Interact and communicate with financial institutions (newly listed company) in coordination with the group finance department;
  • Actively participate in the financial systems integration project (ERP, accounting tool, etc.) to facilitate the production of financial information;
  • Participate in acquisition audits;
  • Carry out any other mandate that may be entrusted to him/her by the Managing Director.

Management, HR :

  • Manage the Benelux finance team members, ensure their professional development and coach them in achieving the department’s projects and objectives;
  • Develop the corporate culture and employer brand to motivate employees.

Profil

  • Master’s degree in Management/Finance, Accounting /Economics or related field;
  • 5+ years’ experience, ideally in a consulting or auditing firm;
  • Rigour, analytical skills, organisation and sense of autonomy;
  • Interpersonal skills, sense of leadership and strong communication;
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English.
