Company description

In order to reinforce our recruitment activities in Benelux, we are looking for a (Junior) Recruitment Officer, passionate about the Talent Acquisition’s challenges.


Active within our new offices in Brussels, this Talent will help us hire the best consultants on the market, and therefore help us fulfil our growth ambitions.

Roles & Responsibilities

With this in mind, the Talent will for instance be in charge of the following tasks and responsibilities :


Involvement in the hiring process of the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem’s Benelux offices (DynaFin Consulting, Satisco, Jarchitects et HR Partners) :


Sourcing :


  • Targeted researches through databases (pool of talent, CV database,…) and social medias (Linkedin Recruiter)

  • Attractive publications of job offers via the offices’ website, appropriate jobboards, alumni academic websites,…

  • Direct approach of potential candidates identified on the market


Applications shortlisting :


  • CV’s analysis

  • Phone contact

  • Personalised interview (digital or face-to-face), alone or with the recruiter in charge of the project in the concerned office, depending on the profil type


Applications and hirings evolution management :


  • Answer to candidates

  • Information update in the dedicated recruitment software

  • Activities report and KPI’s follow-up


Participation to the « task forces » of large-scale hirings, and to the optimisation projects :


  • Harmonisation and improvement of the recruitment activities within the Benelux area

  • Deployment of new tools

  • Performance analysis on jobboards and databases


Close collaboration between the Talent Acquisition Specialists of the Benelux offices (daily contacts in our new Brussels offices), as well as the Alan Allman Associates Recruitment team in France and Canada

Profile

We particularly value the following assets for this challenge :


  • An higher education academic backgroung (Bachelor or Master’s Degree)

  • Ideally, a first significant work experience ; but we also offer the chance to young graduates to reveal their ambition and talent

  • The ability to easily fit in, to adapt to any interlocutor and situation, and to use modern tools

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, in french as well as in dutch and english

  • A result-oriented mindset and some tenacity to any situation

  • Organisational skills and rigour of work
