Responsible for employee welfare policy

Management of the existing HR team (payroll)

Your hard skills & experiences :

Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources

Management and Change Management

Master degree in Human Sciences, Psychology or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg social legislation

Business management skills

Ability to understand the business, as well as the interactions in the field
