Social relations manager

Responsible for employee welfare policy

Responsible for payroll and social secretariat

Management of the existing HR team (payroll)

Participate in the company strategy as a member of the management committee

Your hard skills & experiences :

Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources

Management and Change Management

Master degree in Human Sciences, Psychology or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg social legislation

Business management skills

Ability to understand the business, as well as the interactions in the field

Your soft skills & qualities :

Curiosity (interest in business and strategy)
