One of our well-known clients located in Brussels and active in the banking sector, is looking for a File Handler/sales Support. They have an international network across Europe, Asia, and America. Do you like to provide administrative sales support and discover the banking sector? Then, feel free to apply online on this job!

The responsibilities of the File Handle/Sales Support :

  • Assist the Sales Manager about administrative tasks
  • Initiating the maintenance of data in the IT system that support sales
  • Acting as point of contact for clients, co-ordinating client correspondence and messages
  • Timely collection of administrative documents drawdown notice, passport copies, and any documents required to know your customer

The ideal profile of the File Handler/Sales Support :

  • At least a Bachelor degree in marketing, commercial, or economical sciences
  • You are freshly graduated, or you have a first experience in sales, marketing or Customer Service.
  • Experience in the banking sector is not essential but always welcome
  • Fluency in Dutch and French, good command of English
  • Affinity to work within the banking sector
  • Extroverted with a sense of diplomacy, positive mindset
  • Assertively safekeeping of confidential information
