One of our well-known clients located in Brussels and active in the banking sector, is looking for a File Handler/sales Support. They have an international network across Europe, Asia, and America. The responsibilities of the File Handle/Sales Support :
- Assist the Sales Manager about administrative tasks
- Initiating the maintenance of data in the IT system that support sales
- Acting as point of contact for clients, co-ordinating client correspondence and messages
- Timely collection of administrative documents drawdown notice, passport copies, and any documents required to know your customer
The ideal profile of the File Handler/Sales Support :
- At least a Bachelor degree in marketing, commercial, or economical sciences
- You are freshly graduated, or you have a first experience in sales, marketing or Customer Service.
- Experience in the banking sector is not essential but always welcome
- Fluency in Dutch and French, good command of English
- Affinity to work within the banking sector
- Extroverted with a sense of diplomacy, positive mindset
- Assertively safekeeping of confidential information
