Your role

  • You consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on the entire employee life cycle.
  • You work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.
  • You facilitate talent management processes, such as performance management and personal development.
  • You give advice on compensation & benefit matters.
  • You act as a contact person for HR-data.

Your profile

  • You have a relevant background in a HR Business Partner roles.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have very good problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly organized.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
