YOUR ROLE

  • You manage Talent Acquisition requests from A to Z.
  • You mostly focus on technical profiles.
  • You have intake meetings with the business, you select candidates and conduct interviews.
  • You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition and preferably experience with technical profiles or at least have interest.
  • You have experience in a similar mission from A to Z recruitment.
  • You are Dutch speaking, with a good knowledge of French and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Duration: 6 months with possible extension
  • Location: 3 days Brussels / 2 days remote
