What You Will Do 2) Support administratively the Company IT Leadership Teams with:

  • Lead and coordinate global purchasing approvals, more specifically:
  • Collecting the approval needs and information for approval decision: content, financials, etc
  • Preparing and managing request reviews and approval sessions
  • Coordinating with service provider for procurement services
  • Supporting the approval process for transitional service change requests
  • Supporting information collection for decision
  • Supporting the approval and signatory process
  • Logistic event support
  • Meeting organisation
  • Minute taking
  • Specific project support
  • Communication material creation

Your Work Experience (minimum 3 Years)

  • Organisation and/or project management
  • Purchase Order management
  • Administrative support
