About The Job

Based in Mons (but in 2023 the post will most likely move to Braine L’Alleud - Greater Brussels region) you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for Infrastructure Hosting services.

About You

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable IT Infrastructure professional with ideally a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Maintenance of Virtualization Platforms, Windows Environments, Linux Environments, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), composable infrastructure, large environment design and optimization
  • ITIL Foundation (ITIL V3 or V4)
  • VMWare Certified Professional Certification (VCP) required
  • Demonstrates at least 2 years of recent and relevant experience in:
    • Project and team management of services delivery and implementation, including management of staff;
    • Design and solution architecture of ITIL based services;
    • Design and engineering of VMWare based architectures and networks including multiple OS flavors
    • Maintain and operate Linux Environments (Red Hat, Oracle Linux,..), Automation and securing Linux OS
    • Enterprise Systems Management services, methods and tools;
    • Enterprise service provisioning of infrastructure systems and standards;
    • Integration of core services and applications;
    • Modern information systems technology trends and commercial off-the-shelf products;
ITIL Foundations/Concepts.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
