Junior HR Business Partner

Fix-Term 1 Year – Most remotely


YOUR ROLE AT BEELINE


Together with a team of HR generalists and peers in beeline´s European organization you are coordinating beeline´s Human Resource practice in in relation to:


  • Groupwide HR Strategy – in intense collaboration with the European peers [i.e. Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment] you are contributing to shaping and implementing an aligned but localized HR strategy in BENELUX.
  • Labor law – you are responsible for answering all HR-related legal aspects, if necessary with the support of external legal advice, and updating policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Budget – in cooperation with controlling you are guaranteeing the cost efficient and financially productive usage of your department´s budget.
  • Works Council Relations - Support the management of relationships with works council and employee.
  • Customer care - you are a partner at eye level for the Regional and District Managers
  • Brand ambassador – you are representing beeline and our company´s values and our work ethics internally and externally.

THE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES YOU NEED


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or in a similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in all HR related fields in an international and a fast-paced service industry.
  • Experience in Belgium labor regulations (preferably CP200) is a must have; knowledge of EU labor regulations completes your profile.
  • Experience in building a strong relationship to unions is necessary.
  • High level of analytical and problem solving skills to manage VUCA world challenges and New Work approach.
  • Professional knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools and HR systems (SAP).
  • Full professional proficiency in English & French; good Knowledge of Dutch; any other European language would be much appreciated.
  • Ideally you live in Belgium.
