Your mission?

Join IRIS as an Outbound Campaign Marketing Specialist, a junior role with a maximum of 2-3 years of experience. Take charge of developing and executing outbound marketing strategies to reach potential customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive direct sales.

Your Tasks & responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns aligned with specific customer segments and direct sales goals.
  • Manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate outbound marketing activities for events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns and adjust strategies based on effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to the marketing team and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition of marketing-qualified leads.

Your qualifications and skills?

  • Maximum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effective outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in email marketing tools and strategies.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR Directives & Opt-in rules
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in French or German, and comfortable in English.
